El Molino Santisteban is located just outside the Moorish town of Guaro and on the beautiful main road (A366) that leads from Málaga to Ronda, so it is easy to find:
From Malaga Airport
Route via highway
From Málaga airport follow the signs for Málaga (MA20/MA23) and stay on the MA20 (towards Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Almeria). At exit 7 follow the signs Cártama Parque Tecnológico (A357) you keep following this until you are on the A357 and Campillos is also on the signs. Keep following Cártama/Campillos and you will stay on this road (you will not take the Cártama/Coin exit). Eventually you will get off the A357 at exit 48 Coín/Marbella. You are now on the A355 and follow the signs for Coín. At the sign Coín/ Cártama (A-7059) get off the A355 and at the top of the traffic circle choose Coín then follow the directions below.
From Coín, follow the A366 in the direction of Ronda, Tolox and Alozaina. At the Guaro exit, drive straight ahead (do not take the exit to Guaro) and so continue to follow the A366. Between kilometer pole 51 and 50 on the right side of the road you can already see the two palm trees and the sign of El Molino Santisteban, however, you will go off the road at the restaurant “Venta Gallardo”. Then drive about 50 meters to the right of the Venta Gallardo and you can park, a path leads down to El Molino Santisteban. Ample parking is available between the Venta Gallardo and El Molino Santisteban.
Route Inland
From the Málaga airport, head toward Cádiz onto the highway. On the highway, take the first exit Alhaurin/Coín. Through Churriana, Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande you will drive to Coín.
From Coín, follow the A366 in the direction of Ronda, Tolox and Alozaina. At the Guaro exit, drive straight ahead (do not take the exit to Guaro) and so continue to follow the A366. From Ronda
Follow the A366 in the direction of Alozaina/Coín and Málaga. Between kilometer posts 50 and 51 on the left side of the road you will see restaurant “Venta Gallardo”, here turn off the road. About 50 meters to the right of the Venta Gallardo you can park and a path leads down to El Molino Santisteban. Ample parking is available between the Venta Gallardo and El Molino Santisteban.
