General conditions
- We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, which must be paid by bank transfer within two weeks of sending the final reservation.
- The remaining amount must be transferred or paid in cash before the end of the stay with any other expenses incurred.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards. Several ATMs are available in nearby villages.
- Cancellation Policy:
- in case of cancellation 6 weeks or more before the arrival date, 90% refund of the deposit (50% of the total cost of the stay). In case of transferring the reservation to another period the deposit will remain at 100%.
- cancellation between 4-6 weeks before arrival date is 50% refund of deposit.
- for cancellations between 4-2 weeks before the arrival date, there is no refund of the deposit.
- cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date, the entire cost of the stay is due.
- We recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance.
- Check out before 11:00 am, check in after 2:00 pm.
