{"id":4774,"date":"2024-12-06T17:12:19","date_gmt":"2024-12-06T16:12:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newmolino.divitraining.nl\/soup-of-almonds\/"},"modified":"2024-12-06T19:56:26","modified_gmt":"2024-12-06T18:56:26","slug":"soup-of-almonds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hotel-molino.com\/en\/soup-of-almonds\/","title":{"rendered":"Soup of almonds"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sopa del amendras<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>ingredients<\/strong><br\/>150 grams of almonds, 3 pieces of stale bread, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 tablespoon of parsley, 2 strands of saffron, 3 cloves of garlic, dash of olive oil, 250 cl of chicken broth , salt<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><br\/>In a pan with a little olive oil, lightly fry the almonds and garlic cloves. Then put them in a blender with the parsley, the saffron (which you first soak in lukewarm water), a little salt and a teaspoon of cumin. In the same pan, fry the bread pieces lightly brown as well and add to the food mixer.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Mix everything well and and then put the mixture back into the pan. Add the chicken stock ( little by little) until it becomes a creamy substance and simmer gently. Add salt to taste.
