Chop the pickled bell bell pepper into small pieces as well as the onion. In a bowl, mix the greens and onion with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, anis\/pernod and sugar. Taste and season with salt\/pepper.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Serving<\/strong><br\/>Place the prawns in an attractive dish and drape the artichoke hearts(quartered if desired) next to them. Top the greens with mayonnaise and garnish with a bit of black fish eggs.
