Churros

ingredients for 15-20 pieces
160 ml milk, 160 ml water, 50 gr sugar, 50 gr butter, 1/4tl salt, 200 gr flour, 2 eggs.

Preparation
For the churros batter or dough, put the milk and water with the sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. When the mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat and add all the flour at once. Stir well until you have a firm ball of dough. Let the dough cool for about 10 minutes.

Then stir the eggs into the dough one at a time until all the egg is completely incorporated. Put the dough into a piping bag with a serrated nozzle.

Finishing
Heat the oil to 180 degrees/good hot. Pipe strands of dough over the hot oil or cut every 10-14 centimeters. Fry the churros for 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
Drain briefly on kitchen paper and done!
